adds a mechanic outfit. inspired by cindy aurum and parvarti holcomb.

taking a break from a larger project to finally release this. can be found in the novac garage*. see image attached.
grants +10 repair, +5 melee, and +2 DT. can be repaired with great khan armour and gambler outfits. the hat provides +1 perception. minor clipping around the neck when worn by males but this is primarily intended for female characters. there'll also be a tiny bit of underwear showing above the shorts if you're using vanilla male skin textures. in the screenshots provided i'm using textures from jokerine's simple vanilla nude body. also your head is gonna clip through the front of the cap. i don't know why. just don't wear it.
*would anyone be interested in a version that leaves the hat in novac but gives the outfit to one of the assistants in michael angelo's workshop? i feel like that's a lot more vanilla-y than just finding the complete set loose on a shelf. but then you'd have to kill someone to get it. and it'd be inaccessible until you're able to reach the strip. idk!
