About this mod

This is a very small mod that simply changes some gamesettings, like base/mults for carry weight, crippled limb penalties, karma changes, skill's effects on weapon damage, AP, damage threshold passthrough, health, tag skills, vats, and dismemberment.

Overview:
This is a very small mod that simply changes some gamesettings.

Features:
All of these settings can be customized in the config ini. The default values perform the following changes:

Removal of minimum weapon damage % after DT reduction.
No longer will powered armored npcs be killed by switchblades.

Removal of weapon skill's effect on damage.
Normalized damage, establishing standardized killing power for all weapons.
*Recommended for use with the Stewie tweak to turn off weapon condition's effect on damage.

Removal/reduction of karma loss for killing evil npcs/stealing.
Self defense doesn't make you a saint, and there's tons of opportunities to find evil npcs to kill. This change makes your quest karma rewards much more significant.

Reduction to player base health, AP and carry weight, and increase to stat based bonuses to such.
Less stats for free, more based on your build.

Classic styled tag skills.
This can have the inverse effect of regular tag skills, in incentivizing choice of unfavored skills instead of ones that suit your character, but between tag-based starting gear mods and general roleplaying appeal, I think it's a good change.
There is a small scriptrunner file available in the main downloads that alters the description of the Tag perk to match the changed effect. Entirely optional if you don't care or turned off this change.

Crippled limb spread/speed penalties increased.
Vanilla crippled leg speed was 85%, and two legs was 75%. This basically just made crippled legs a vague annoyance and not actually a substantial issue in combat.
Vanilla crippled limb spread values have not been changed, but they're surfaced in the ini for easy adjustment.

VATS buffs have been removed.
Vanilla vats provides a +5% crit bonus, 25% reduction to received damage, and an increase to spread. All of these changes have been normalized with outside of VATS values.

Combat limb dismemberment chance is customizable, but left at default.

All of the settings are customizable in the config ini.

Requirements:
JIP LN, xNVSE, Johnny, the usual stuff.

Installation:
Regular installation. Reset your config options when you update.
I recommend that you use Mig's Armor Damage Overhaul for armor degradation values, it's dramatically better than the base game system.
Also recommended for use with Harder Barter Faster Stronger

Compatibility:
Should generally be compatible with other mods that do similar things, these changes should take precedent over other mods'.
Fully compatible with Dynamic Level Stat Choice. Select anything you want here, it'll all work as it should automatically.

Upcoming Versions:
I may add more setting options if I find them appealing.
