Added quest marker for the National Guard Depot once you've collected the notes, courtesy of Sweet6Shooter.
This mod adds a quest that starts when you pick up a Keller Family Transcript that adds quest markers for the remaining transcripts. If you install it on a save in progress, the quest will update to count all of the Keller Family Transcripts you've already collected, and automatically start.
If you were using a version prior to 4.0, you should probably start a new save before installing it.
