I liked the concept of the bumper sticker, the license plate and the the flat nuka cola can stuck to Ed-E, as it showed a bit of his history as well as his endurance of traversing the harsh wastes. With this mod I wanted to add to the survivor feel by giving him something to carry; some boxes, tools, a spindle, a violin and some other bobs and bits.
It's only an esthetic addition, since Ed-E doesn't get any extra carry weight. The back pack add-on is applied to the regular version as well as both the updated versions if chosen to update him in his quest. In the pictures the version with the updated weapon is shown, which has a slightly different model (no clutter and a different weapon shape).
This is a simple Nifskope edit, which means that vanilla meshes are added to Ed-E. Because the textures used are vanilla and will be updated with different textures installed, the compatibility should be okay also depending on load order of course.

A second version is now added where the animations are now linked to the skeleton of the eyebots from Lonesome Road, as done in this mod. This version thusly requirers Lonesome Road.
