New version 2 : I improved the sound's range by a good factor. I had noticed that in V1, the range was about 2 meters before it faded out, which is almost useless because if you're that close, you'll see it before you hear it. So now you'll be able to hear it in a range of about 10 meters around each gnome, no matter the direction!

Simply added the Gnomes to the list of the excellent Collectable Sonar from Hitman. Still requires the original sonar mod (overwrite its esp plugin with this one) for the sound files and of course, GNOME WRANGLER :)
Collectable Sonar: "This mod adds a new low level F76-inspired perk that adds directional audio cues to rare and valuable items such as skill books and bobbleheads, never miss one of these elusive goodies again!"
I was searching to experiment with Xedit so I made this for myself to make the hunt a tiny bit easier in case I would pass right in front of a gnome without seeing it; and then decided to share it here once I saw it worked. Good hunt!
( For the header image: no, the Alien gnome is not located in Jacobstown so no spoiler! )
