Adds an outfit based on the riot gear worn by NCR rangers, as well as a rifle to NCRCF. it's on a guy in one of the gaurd towers.
thanks to millenia for making his textures open source, all of my mods are open source, so no need to waste time asking for permission
I also don't make patches so I'd download fnvedit if I were you. leave a comment if anything is hideously broken though.
