This is a standalone package and does not need any other patches. Do not use Alton IL Reloaded or the like. Install as you would any other mod.
Update files

Fixes the player home in the Underground Railroad resetting inventory. The footlockers were the only ones affected. Clear your stuff out of them before updating.
