About this mod

Restores/Adds some missing 3rd person jump animation files that are somehow not present in the base game files. This is primarily a fix intended for a very specific animation bug where you cannot/do not move when attempting to jump to the left with a 1 hand pistol drawn in 3rd Person and instead appears like the player is hitting an invisible wall.

Permissions and credits
If you remember a time before the wonders of kNVSE, using animation mods namely Asurah's, W.A.R., or some of Hitman's older works, you may recall spending a great deal of time combining bits and pieces of many different files into a hodgepodge in an attempt to remedy any jank you may have come across...to varying degrees of success. One of the bugs that I have encountered constantly was jumping in place when trying to jump to the left in 3rd person with a pistol out. It confounded me to no end, until now.

From my current understanding via trial and error, when a movement animation is missing (i.e. "2hajumplandleft"), it will use the associated counterpart in another (lower?) animation tier (i.e. "1hpjumplandleft"). So as it turns out, there are a number of missing 2 hand jump/movement animations files drawing from the 1 handed file pool. So while on the surface this "bandaid" seems to address the missing files in an albeit haphazard manner, it leaves you unable to change anything in the 1hp files to target an issue that is specific to pistols without janking up the 2 handed animations dependent on them as well. What this mod does is essentially unanchor the 2h files from the 1hp files with duplicate animations while changing the "broken" 1hp files with ones that "work".

tldr; What this mod does:

Restores:
2hajumplandleft.kf
2hhjumplandright.kf
2hrjumplandright.kf

Adds:
2hl jump animation set

Tweaks:
1hpjumploopleft.kf
1hpjumplandleft.kf

This is just another nitpick fix I made for myself and decided to share it just in case anyone else is experiencing the same issue.

Installation: Drag and drop into the Data folder as per usual.

Additional Note: You may experience some animation jank when shooting or aiming+shooting while jumping left with a pistol now depending on which 3rd person animation replacer you are using, but at least you can (probably) jump in all directions now without stopping in mid-air. I consider that the lesser evil.

Obscure things left on my To-Do list that I may never end up figuring out how to fix:
- Unable to jump left or right with 1st Person Fists
- Various movement issues with 3rd Person SNEAK jumping WHILE AIMING with 2 handed guns (incredibly specific & niche low priority issue)
- That weird floaty camera that zooms out to my distorted arm/shoulder sockets in 1st Person when I look down that happens every instance of launching & loading the game (oddly enough temporarily hotfixed by swapping between 1st and 3rd person camera while using B42 Inertia)
