Malcolm Holmes is a name we all are familiar with, and I'm sure everyone hates him just as much as I do. He seems to pop up in every possible location in the Mojave with his signature, "Almost took you for a raider I did." opener. However, no npcs seem to care or even notice his existance. Is he a spy? Is he even real? Who knows.... but this mod changes that completely!
When Malcolm arrives, any npcs in the area will target him. Malcom has also been changed to cowardly so he will always flee from them which is pretty fun to watch. This was done by changing Malcolm's targeting while at the same time changing his confidence level.
