Looks decent outdoor, perfect in door. It was made to be compatible with TTW but its fine to use it with your new vegas run.

I also recommend install Legacy Reborn to reduce the brightness of fallout 3's roads

Can i use this preset with my own combination of Weather and Indoor lighting mod?
- Of course. You need the mentioned combo to make your game looks exactly like mine. You can pair this preset with whatever you want. You still need at least 1 weather mod + 1 indoor lightning mod
- Remember to put the Atmostpheric Lightning Tweak below (overwrite) your weather mods, both in the Left (mod list) and Right (plugin list) panel in MO2
