- A remaster of my previous mod, "Suite-er Than Before - My Lucky 38 Remodel". This mod simplifies my previous Presidential Suite overhaul and gives you amenities and extra storage the Presidential Suite desperately needed to help you survive the wastes!
Features:
- New purchasable upgrades can be found in the terminal!
- A new storage room with lockers, ammunition boxes, more storage crates, and a few wall safes. (*)
- Usable Hot Plate to cook food and kitchen aesthetics.
- Reloading Bench (*) added with various workbench aesthetics. (*)
- Infirmary Set added with a med kit container. (*)
- More lighting added
- Fully Navmeshed

Install:
- Download and install using whatever mod manager you use. Mod Organizer 2 is recommended.
- Load order doesn't matter.
- Don't use with any other mod that changes Lucky 38 Presidential Suite.
Recommendations:
- Viva New Vegas - A must have. Use Wabbajack for easy install.
