What does this mod do?
Summary - This is a beta for my complete overhaul of Novac, It overhauls a small bit of Novac so far.
-added Doctor hut for Novac's lovely Physician.
-Better Novac Sign
-Gun Runners Shop at the gas station 
-Sniper nest on top of the motel with 1 Guard
-Redesign of all named characters Rooms (WIP)
-Small additions to world building and environmental story telling. 
-Redesign of the Novac diner
-New Front Gate
-Secrets to existing Novac residents rooms for you to find
-New Area
-1 Quest

Future of the mod
-Voiced Merchant and Quest Npcs
-Finish Quest Dungeon and add lore to location

Installation
-Open Rar and drop it in the Fallout New Vegas data folder

Incompatible
The Living Desert mod - works on a fresh save but possibly bugs doors in Novac during later story progression also possible duplicate or additional items in Novac.
NV Interior combo edition causing the gas station to require TCL to get into the gun runners store

Incompatible with anything that changes Novac's Interior except The Apartment area and Lobby
This is a beta if you have any glitches or problems please report them to me.
