Texture overhaul to the east Enclave armor in Power Armor Visual Enhancement

Finally fixed for most recent PAVE version.
This is a retexture of the east Enclave armor sets (Enclave PA, Tesla armor, Hellfire PA) in Power Armor Visual Enhancement (PAVE).
Compatible with PAVE's patch for Titans of The New West (in fact, I highly recommend it).
When installing, make sure these textures are overwriting the original PAVE textures.
Obviously requires PAVE.
