Updates and buffs some of Lonesome Roads weapons.

Buffs some weapons in Lonesome Road.
Changes:
- Flaregun and all other weapons were mostly decreased in value.
- SMMG was slightly increased in fire-rate, and zoom multiplier.
- Red Glare now costs less.
- Red Glare and SMMG mods now cost FAR less, since they used to cost the same as the weapon itself.
- Buffed bowie-knives slightly, in general.
- Rounded stats on Blade of the West.
