Sun-Kissed: Freckles of the Mojave
Description
Go to New Vegas Nexus search bar, type "Freckles". Results - 0. Whaaaaattttt? Heresy! ( Technically, there is a single mod called the 'Freckled Race which adds a race with face freckles, you can check it out if you want, but Sun-Kissed is a Type4 Mannequin body replacer with more options ), You have it in Skyrim, you have it in Fallout 4, and now it has finally arrived to the Mojave desert for all you freckle lovers - a brand new freckle mod with total yet modular body coverage. This mod applies freckles to every race available from the Mannequin Races mod and body freckles to Type4 Mannequin bodies.

Installation
1. Install the Mannequin Races mod.
2. Pick either the light facial freckles or the full face freckles version from the Files tab. You must pick only one or the other.
3. Install the archive with your mod manager of choice and enable/disable according to your character creation needs, and don't forget to ensure it is placed below Mannequin Races. If unpacking the textures folder into your Data folder manually, make sure to back up your original Mannequin Races textures ( although you can always just download it again and overwrite mine ).
4. If you want the full body freckles as well, follow the instructions and requirements for installing the 'Mannequin Races - TYPE4' compatibility mod.
5. As before, install with your mod manager of choice or manually unpack into your Data folder.
6. If you don't want Freckled hands with your body freckles, just delete 'handfemale.dds' and 'handfemale1st.dds' from the archive or your mod manager's installation folder.
Notes
The body freckle textures for the 'African' race might not look very well due to the natural change in skin tone, and it is difficult to adjust because Mannequin Races does not employ a dedicated texture for said race as far as I can tell, only different meshes. Facial freckles seem to fit relatively well, but it depends on your lighting and settings. Also, while some of the screenshots are taken with Rudy's ENB, the mod looks great without an ENB too as you can see in the non-ENB screenshot.
