Buffs some weapons in Old World Blues.
Changes:
- FIDO now holds 40 rounds and has slightly worse spread than the K9000, and has more range.
- The K9000 Cyberdog Gun now holds 60 rounds, has better spread and more range.
- All LAER's, including Elijah's, now have their resistance stat set properly (as electric).
- All LAER's do 60 dmg, hold 20 rounds, fire 1.6x faster, have 300 health, are worth 2000 caps, and have more range.
- Elijah's LAER's do 75 dmg, hold 20 rounds, fire 1.6x faster, have 450 health, are worth 3000 caps, and also have more range.
- Saturnite Fist's now do 45 dmg, are worth 1500 caps, can knock back npc's further, and have 150 health.
- Heated Saturnite Fist's do 65 dmg, are worth 2250 caps, can knock back npc's further, and have 300 health.
- Christine's Sniper Rifle was renamed to what I just called it, does 75 dmg, has 450 health, weighs 7, is worth 4500 caps, and has more range.
- Elijah's Tesla Cannon now does 200 dmg, is worth 9000 caps, weighs 9, shoots slower, has more minimum range, and has 150 health.
- Proton Axe's now do 60 dmg, have 150 health, and weigh 7.
- Protonic Inversal Axe's now do 70 dmg, have 300 health, are worth 4500 caps, attack slightly faster, and weigh 9.
- Throwable Proton Axe's now do 60 dmg, are worth 500 caps, and weigh 2.
- Throwable Prontonic Inversal Axe's now do 70 dmg, are worth 1000 caps, and weigh 2.
- The X-2 Antenna now does 135 dmg, weighs 12, has 300 health, and can knock back npc's further.
- The Transportalponder is now called the "Big MT Transportalponder".
