Fallout: The Frontier was responsible for a lot of disappointment, but the most disappointing thing of all was spotting an NPC with a cool robot arm and realizing I couldn't rip it clean from his torso and attach it to myself. With this mod, now you can!

A mod for people too lazy to go into GECK, hunt down this particular armor item and enable it for the player. Adds the pictured "robo-arm" to a certain energy weapons vendor in Freeside.

BUGS
Obviously this wasn't meant to be worn by the player, even if it's technically an armor item. Expect clipping with basically everything (except the outfit it was made for... which you may loot from Adam.)
From what I understand a lot of The Frontier was reworked to account for controversy. I use this earlier version of Frontier that keeps the original vision of the game intact. I can't guarantee this will work perfectly with whatever version is on the Nexus (though I also can't imagine why it wouldn't.)
