Changelogs
Overview:
This is a simple perk pack, featuring perks that are provided if you are Idolized by each faction.

Features:
13 NV perks, covering the existing factions that have reputation.
11 TTW Reputations perks, covering the faction reputations added by TTW Reputations.
The perks are granted automatically upon reaching idolized with no mixed or negative reputation.
The perks can optionally be removed if at any point after getting them your reputation becomes compromised. If your reputation is restored to Idolized with no mixed or hostile reputation, the perk will be re-added.
Faction disguises will cause this to occur.

Perks:
California Dreamin'
You're invigorated by the idea of returning law and order to the chaotic wasteland. You gain +25% equip speed, +15% AP regen, and -15% limb damage while wearing NCR faction armor and clothing.

Roma Invicta
The Legion will have it's new Rome, and you will be the catalyst for it's rise. You have -20% limb damage, +15% AP regen while wearing Legion armor, and +25% equip and +10% attack speed while also using a melee weapon.

Ordinance Obsession (Boomers)
Bombs away! You've gained +10% accuracy with explosive weapons, and a bonus +15% chance to hit in V.A.T.S. Your chance to set off mines is also reduced by 15%, and your explosions are 15% larger while outdoors.

Red Rock N' Roll (Great Khans)
The blazing wasteland sun has toughened your skin and your resolve. You gain +2 DR per 10 points in Survival, starting at 60, as well as +1/2 Endurance at 50%/25% of your max health while in combat. Fiends also have -25% crit chance when targeting you.

Academy of the Apocalypse (Followers of the Apocalypse)
The truth of the world has been laid bare all around you; all it takes is looking around (and a little radiation). You gain +2/5/10 Medicine while you have greater than 100/200/300 rads, +1/2 skill points per level and per skill book read at 300/500 rads, as well as +10% healing, +10% XP gain, and -15% addiction chance at all times.

Kingly Charisma (Freeside)
You could charm the skin off a snake! You've gained +1 Charisma while Good or Very Good, +3/5 Speech, and +5%/7% better prices while your karma is Good/Very Good.

Honorary Deputy (Primm)
You're the law of the land, and you bring your targets in fair and square. While not sneaking, you gain +6% reload and equip speed (+12% if you also aren't moving), but only while you have Good or Very Good karma.

Hermit Helper (Hidden Valley)
Staying unseen in power armor just requires a little practice, and maybe a sandstorm or two. You gain +5 Sneak while wearing power armor, and another +5 while staying still. You also gain +10% reload speed and -10% spread when using energy weapons, and +10 Survival if traveling alone.

Goody Two Shoes (Goodsprings)
You helped a small town when they needed it most; now to reap the small benefits! You gain +5% XP, have 4% reduced buying prices, and -4/7% addiction chance with Good or Very Good karma. You also gain +1 skill points per level while your karma is Very Good.

Your efforts to glorify The Strip have granted you +10% XP, -10% addiction chance, and +1 Luck while you have more than 10k in caps, as well as a few friends to help you in VATS, who will show up more often if you have more than 20k in caps.

Rocketeer (Novac)
After your time dealing with the ghouls of REPCONN, you've gained +15 rad resistance, and an additional +10 while in the air, as well as +15% AP regen, and +20% movement speed!

Requires Good or Very Good Karma to take.

Vigilante Vendetta (Regulators)
You're gonna bring justice back to the wastes, whether they like it or not. You've gained +6 DT and DR, as well as +25 AP when facing Evil or Very Evil targets. You additionally gain a stacking +3% bonus damage against such targets at levels 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30.

The Wastelander in the Tower (Tenpenny Tower)
Tenpenny had it right; ghouls are a blight on the wasteland. Since you're out there, might as well clean up a bit, eh? You've gained +15% damage and +5 DT when attacking ghouls.

Limitations:
Each perk can't visualize it's reputation requirement in the perk menu. I can't do anything about that, but I made sure that each perk references which rep it uses where it makes sense.

I planned a Vault 3 Fiend perk, but they don't have a reputation.

Requirements:
JIP LN, xNVSE, Johnny, the usual stuff.
Users of TTW Reputations will automatically have the TTW reputation perks work as intended. TTW users who do not use TTW Reputations will not see the TTW reputation perks at all.

Installation:
Regular installation.

Patches:
None needed at the moment.

Compatibility:
Add masks to FLSTWhiteGloveMasks for them to apply to the White Gloves mask check.
If you have another mod that doesn't add faction themed armor to the vanilla faction armor formlists, that's on them.

Bugs:
Please post bugs in the bugs section, not the posts. I don't usually use this mod, so I'm less likely to notice issues, and I get a notification when bugs are posted in the bugs tab.

Questions:
Can you remove the faction rep requirement?
No. It's the whole point of the pack.
Can you reduce it below Idolized?
No. That would make it too easy to get each perk without potentially earning the ire of another faction.
Can you make the TTW Reputations perks available to the NV side?
No. I don't want to think of a different contextualization, and I just don't want to in general.
Can you make the perks quest outcome sensitive?
No, I don't want to. That would be a lot of work.
Is this balanced?
This is balanced for automatic addition and removal of perks based on reputation.

Permissions:
Do whatever.
