Changes and buffs some of Honest Hearts weapons.

Buffs and changes some stuff in Honest Hearts.
Changes:
- .45 Auto Pistols have 150 health, do 30 damage, are worth 750 caps, and have 0.14-0.7 spread.
- Light Shining in the Darkness now holds 7 rounds, does 36 damage, weighs 1.25, has 300 health, has 0.9-1.8 spread, and has worse range.
- .45 Auto SMG's now weigh 5, are worth 1250 caps, have 300 health, do 25 dmg, and have 1-2 spread.
- The Survivalist Rifle now does 54 damage, is worth 3000 caps, weighs 8, has 450 health, and has 0.1-0.2 spread.
- Salt-Upon-Wounds' Power Fist now does 56 damage, is worth 2000 caps, has 300 health, and attacks slightly faster.
- Regular Yao Guai Gauntlets now do 36 damage, are worth 1000 caps, weigh 8, and have 300 health.
- She's Embrace now does 48 damage, is worth 2000 caps, has 600 health, and attacks faster.
- Waking Cloud's Gauntlet now is generally a buffed version of She's Embrace (being a companion-only weapon).
- Joshua and Follows-Chalk's Pistols do the same as their player versions, but are (overall) buffed.
