Adds a autofire weapon mod to the alien atomizer in TTW

This takes inspiration from the old weapon mod for the alien atomizer in fallout 3. I always loved that mod, and was so sad to see it wasn't a thing for TTW, or that anyone else had done t. So i did it myself, with A LOT of help (Thank you to Matt, and the people over at xNVSE)

This adds in 3 weapon mods: A auto fire kit for the alien atomizer. It increases its rate of fire by 2, but decreases damage by 5 points.

A expanded clip mag. This is for use only on the alien atomizer. it increases the mag capacity by 20 points, allowing you to have a smg, when combines with the auto fire.

And finally, a ammo recycler. It replenishes 1/4 shots, much like the laser rcw recycler. There are only 3 of these on the mothership. I made it 3 so you can only have one on at a time for each of the alien weapons. the pistol, the rifle, and the cannon, but as a bonus, the captains sidearm, and the alien blaster can also take it. This will force the player into deciding what 3 weapons will receive the recycler at any given time.

There is only 1 clip mag mod on the ship, and 2 auto fire kits. they can all be found in the weapons lab, but 1 of the auto fire kits can be found somewhere else on the ship~
