So have you installed the following mod? https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/54714?tab=posts Or perhaps any other that, for whatever reason, makes the MF Hyperbreeder Alpha....not work? No ammo and it doesn't recharge its ammo even if you console command? This is a simple ESP that fixes that.
