When deepfake memes were all the rage, I made ArtBreeders for many of the Fallout characters. Here, they have been made into replacement
textures for the avatars in jazzisparis's mod: JIP Companions Command and Control. This mod will require you to have that mod in your setup.

Currently, there are five styles available. The FOMOD installer will let you preview and choose these.

New Version: A couple of modded companions were added. Now also with edited images for Dogmeat, Rex, ED-E and Sergeant RL-3 (ArtBreeder process only really works for humanoids but they should match the look, if not to your liking try VtheVictorious's nice mod for Red and ED-E)

Currently available for:
  • All of the FO3/FNV base game companions
  • Amanda
  • Amata
  • Benny
  • Bittercup
  • Brianna
  • Bryan
  • Dad  (Currently only Caucasian)
  • Lucy West
  • Russell
  • Sarah Lyons
  • Sydney
  • Miscellaneous Vault 101 classmates

More modded companions/npcs are underway for future updates.

TTW players:
This will also cover Fallout 3's companions.
Original Fallout 3 players: Fallout 3 characters also available here (if you only want FO3).

Style Options (previews in archive and images):
  • Original
  • Green
  • Orange
  • Black and White
  • Holographic

As appears in game:

How to make your own:
Upload a clear, front facing picture of your NPC to the portrait upload section of ArtBreeder. Reduce the Chaos and Art sliders and increase the sharpness to make the image more realistic.

Play around with the generated children and other features until you get a base that you like. For fine details, I like to use an image editing software to manually add stuff like hats, makeup etc.

Once you have your image follow the original JIP CCC's guide for making it into a texture.
