Celebrate the Holidays with President Kimball. Adds a string of short quest where you do mildly festive things, and tax collection, with the NCR. Quest starts through dialogue with Ambassador Crocker at the NCR Embassy.
The quest should be able to be started at any time before the "You'll Know It When It Happens" quest, the one where you protect Kimball from being assassinated. Ambassador Crocker, Colonel Moore, and Lt. Hayes are all involved at some point in the quests so they would need to be alive. Also Mr. House is involved so he should be alive, but that isn't needed. The mod is fully "voiced" in the same way that I usually "voice" mods, by mixing together existing voice files.
The mod contains a little present delivery, tax collection, tax evader killing, and a few war crimes. All the usual stuff that the NCR would do. Some of the quests have multiple ways to solve them, this usually just boils down to speech checks vs. finding items. There are also around 5 or so temporary-ish simple companions, no wheels, that you can get throughout the mod. Some of them require "proper" choices while others you should get regardless.
V2 changes: Fixed potential softlock during Christmas Gambit
Starting working on this mod about a month ago. Got about 90% of it done in about a week and then spent the remaining 3 weeks on the remaining 10%. It was made a fair bit faster than the other ones, mainly due to it not involving editing several interiors, at first.
Technical Stuff:
Adds custom mesh: CORNdog, Santa Suit, santa hat for securitron, protectron, sentry bot
Modifies the vanilla interiors of the: H&H tool factory, lucky 38 casino floor (adds door)
Modifies the vanilla interiors of the: Kings School (adds NPCs)
Modifies the vanilla interior of the: NCRCF Admin(adds misc item)
Modifies vanilla worldspace: exterior lucky38(adds door)
Modifies vanilla worldspace: Lake Mead, NCR Sharecropper farm, NV Strip, Freeside, Old Mormon Fort, Hoover Dam(NPCs)
Notes of Concern:
*After Ambassador Crocker gives you the objective to "collect taxes" don't immediately fast travel away from the embassy. There is an event that happens outside, you'll know it when it happens.
*The quest is a fair bit more combat heavy in comparison to other that I have made in the past. The early missions aren't too difficult, but some of the later ones are pretty tough. Again I'd recommend some explosives for some of the later bulky enemies. I tried to spread some healing supplies and appropriate weapons in those areas. I'd recommend being at least level 12. That is what I tested it with anyway. Overall, it is a bit more difficult than the quest in Holidays with Mr. House.
*During the final quest the player can ask General Oliver or President Kimball for help. I do not recommend asking President Kimball for help. What he does CAN help, but it can also easily kill you.
Known Issues:
*During the quest "Christmas Gambit" several NPCs should initiate dialogue with you. Breaking the sequence that they are supposed to talk to you in, by trying to initiate dialogue with them, can mess up the quest.

Seasonal Protectron: Found after getting the suit in the Christmas Gambit Quest
President Kimball: Appears from a vertibird outside the NCR Embassy after Ambassador Crocker tasks the player with collecting taxes
Lesser CORN: Found IF the player delivers corn to the OSI Scientist during the collect taxes quest
Vulpes: Appears after the player kills the civilian tax evader in the Final Collection Quest joins the player if they invite them
General Lee Oliver: Joins the player during the final quest
Pretty sure Lt. Hayes taxes have the most possible solutions:
paying them off
finding treasure at the ncrcf
passing a speech check with Ambassador Crocker
fucking him over with Ambassador Crocker
Colonel Moore's second task is the only one in this mod which could directly cause negative relations with vanilla factions since she asks you to kill followers and the kings:
pass a speech to avoid all negative rep
say you won't kill them, get small amount of negative ncr rep
kill them get lots of negative freeside/followers rep
In the semifinal encounter with Mr. House, if you decide to fight him I'd recommend just running out of the room. I was able to kill everything in it, but it was fairly difficult and just consisted of spamming stimpaks. (that is why there are 50 stimpaks scattered around the interiors prior) Your meant to just flee, I don't expect most players to be able to face down 30 NPCs.
