I really like both Hitman and Rockbiter's locomotions but I always found something odd about them, that's when something clicked in my mind: What if I took the animations that I really liked from both the files and bashed them together with zero experience whatsover? Incredibly enough the final result was actually good, so good infact that I thought to share it with other New Vegas Enjoyers!
