Fixes the transparent hair issues for nickheggo's Park Outfits and adds 5 optional lore-friendly flag patches for both

I absolutely love the CoD BOCW Park Outfits created by nickheggo and Subleader100, however I, like some others, have an issue where the hair textures look transparent (this only seems to happen with non-ENB users). This patch changes the hair texture files to be much more opaque without them looking like plastic.
In addition I whipped up 5 lore-friendly flag patch options for both outfits, each with weathering and normal maps, these include flags for:
- Mojave Express
- NCR
- Caesar's Legion
- Brotherhood of Steel
- USA Pre-War

Obviously you must have either one of the Park Outfits installed plus their prerequisites (TYPE 3/4/6 body mods for example).
Download options include just the hair fixes for either mod, or hair fixes + 1 of the 5 patch options.
If for some reason you don't want the hair fixes and just the flags, just delete the hair textures (you can do this easily in Mod Organizer 2).
