24/03/2024 - GIR version - Strip Lighting consistency + brightness consistency

Heavily inspired by SLRF - the GIR version of the mod has had Light pollution consistency added to one of GIRS regions. 

The "brightest" GIR version has added an alternative Brighter strip pollution to one of GIR regions
The "regular" GIR version is just consistent vanilla lighting

Example of what this adds -
when in Camp Golf Light pollution from the strip is brighter than when standing near 188trading post - 

when near the 188tradingpost you will notice the lighting of the lucky 38 is slightly dimmer in vanilla than when near Camp golf which is brighter - with this GIR version this brightness is made consistent

Plus the absence of light when in certain regions such as the notorious 188 trading post - consistent in the GIR version

04/03/2024 - incorporation into GIR - optional
Another massive improvement to the signs visible distance -
Introduces Imposter to the Strip Region - 

For the main world - The sign will now have 1 consistent model - previously this was handled by 2 models - which could cause issues when getting closer to the sign due to loading and unloading. 

Recommendation - 
Object LOD distances  - I recommend increasing it for the best experience with version of the mod. 


11/02/2024 - Visible distance
greatly Increases the signs visible distance - you will now be able to see the signs Animations from far beyond its old loading zone.

Replaces the Freeside structure with a model which has an added rotation animation. adds a rotation Animation to the Freeside Welcome Structure - Model replacement - no esp used

GIR version 
uses an ESP + requirement of GIR -

significant increase in viewable distances making it much more consistent
nearby light pollution consistency fixes to better compliment the moving lights of Freeside sign

Install with your Mod manager or do it manually.
