Addd weapon and armor descriptions for Blood By The Dollar by TheGreatVortigaunt to be used in conjunction with Xilandro's B42 Descriptions Pip-Info Modification.

Back again! This time I've added descriptions for the armor and weapons for Blood By The Dollar by TheGreatVortigaunt. Pretty sure I've covered everything (i finished this mod about a month ago and just recently got around to finishing this) but if you notice anything amiss please let me know in the comments.
Mod is ESP/ESMless. Manually drop the data folder into your Fallout New Vegas root folder. Alternatively you can drop the "TfaT2" folder into Data/Config/B42Descriptions.
Delete the folder titled "TfaT2" located in Data/Config/B42Descriptions.
Friendly and compatible with all mods. No game changing or engine altering code present.
