About this mod
Two files. One disables all cloud toxicity, both from hardcore mode and from entering a concentrated cloud. The other disables all bomb collar effects. The JIP LN NVSE plugin is needed to use the latter, no bomb collar effects.

There are a few mods that disable some of the cloud toxic effects or the bomb collar effects. This is one more such mod.
There is a file for each feature. Install one or both as you wish to. The no cloud toxicity effects file has an esp. The no bomb collar effects files has no esp but requires the JIP LN NVSE Plugin.
Disabling Bomb Collar effects yourself is as simple as setting the global NVDLC01Collars to the value 0 in your game - for example, through the console.
The no cloud toxicity effects file removes both the hardcore mode constant health drain as well as the faster health drain from entering the concentrated cloud areas. It also disables all of the visual effects associated with the cloud, no more blur.
The no bomb collar effects file disables all of the collar sound effects along with the messages, but the radios will still have their background noise. You'll know you're near one, but it will have no other effect on you or your collar.
