Yet another Lessons Learned Overhaul changes the underwhelming "Lessons learned" Perk from Lonesome Road into something more useful. For every 5 challenges you complete, you can now craft a skillbook of your choice at the workbench. The Perks requirements are lvl 26 + 4 INT + 8 Perception, allowing the use of perception instead of intelligence to raise skillpoints midgame /lategame way of maxing out a character with low Intelligence.
Not much else to say, other than that it requires JohnnyGuitarNVSE, xNVSE and (obviously) the Lonesome Road DLC.
