More dialogue added. Option to upgrade (or downgrade) his armor under tactics dialogue. TONS of ambient dialogue similar to base NV companions (example: overburdened, sneaking, crippled) and more things I've likely forgotten. More romance dialogue added but not yet implemented. Stay tuned.
You can now ask him to relax if in an interior, but he'll refuse if in an exterior area. Minor tweaks and quality of life things were also added in this update. Fixed Lucky 38 dismissal.

Added conditionals to Vault-related and other DC-wasteland-related dialogue (he won't say certain lore-breaking things when in the NV wasteland now). More flirty adjustments and more flirting with a male romanced character.

ABOUT Overhaul for Butch DeLoria. Allows you to recruit him sooner, makes him more useful in combat, and adds more dialogue. More compatibility patches will be made as needed. In order for all features to apply you must use this with a new game or a game where you haven't started or completed the Trouble on the Homefront quest.
You don't have to flirt with him to recruit him early, but you do need to have saved his mom.
His FCO look is entirely optional. By default he has his vanilla look.

adjusted the "Tunnel Snakes Rule" perk when traveling with him for TTW (half poison immunity and +15 AP)
ability to recruit Butch early, Trouble on the Homefront now begins after finishing Galaxy News Radio
additional dialogue when encountering him in the vault during Trouble on the Homefront
ambient dialogue like base game NV companions added and fully implemented
can romance him (sort of) with either the Black Widow or Confirmed Bachelor perk
flagged as essential; "Butch is unconscious!" will display now if he dies instead of "Butch has died!"
dismissal to Rivet City and both default player homes (no, he won't eat your food)
buffed Butch's outfit so that he no longer gets KO'd in 2 hits
can now ask him to upgrade his armor or swap back to his original outfit
Butch's switchblade is now un-playable and Butch exclusive
