Adds a beautifully cyberpunk flower gasmask, with a custom pipboy icon and go model.
Has 6 versions that can be crafted back and forth at a workbench:
-Base
-Double Flowers
-No Floating Petals
-A non Flower version
-Glow version
Can be found in a sack outside the entrance to Broc Flower Cave.
