This is my second mod and I decided to do it because I couldn't find anything that already does this, I spent 2 days learning about blender, nifskope and other things just to make this damn simple edit
What it does: Replaces the Head Mesh for Male Ghouls in a attempt to prevent the hat clipping issue, I tested this with only a few hats, so it may still clip on some hat that I haven't tested
How it was done:
Extracted the ghoul head mesh
Edited it in blender
Tweaked it in Nifskope
Put it back in the game
Installation Just let your mod manager of choice do its job, or if want to do it manually just drop the meshes folder inside the Data folder of the game
Notes
I know the YUP patch already tried to fix this problem, but as you can see on the images even with YUP the head still clips on some hats
If you create a really weird shaped head on the character creation menu it will clip again, but that's true even for non ghoul characters
