About this mod
Most non-essential quests from the base game have been completed, including: Jacobstown, Casinos, Boomers, Goodsprings, Prim, Novac, Quarry Junction, Thorn, etc. Only the Powder Gangers hate me, everyone else is either neutral or likes me. I did not pick any sides or made any a mission that picks a side, didn't visit Caesar, didn't touch the DLCs.

This Level 30 character is perfect if you just want to start from a high level. Given that I did not pick any sides yet, so you can still finnish New Vegas for any faction you want. I killed Benny, but didn't visit Caesar. I didn't touch any of the DLCs, so this save game is also perfect if you want to try any of the DLCs with an already leveled up character.
I have all 8 companions unlocked and present at Lucky 38. Currently, I'm with Lily and Rex. My house is in Novac where I also have a stash of weapons, including many unique weapons as well as armor. While I used console commands, I did not use any console commands that cheat the game or break the game. All quests and gear were completed/acquired legitimately. Currently I have a mix of guns & energy weapons but you can take whatever you like from my Novac stashes.
Useful Character Information:
- Stats: STR 10, PER 5, END 7, CHA 5, INT 9, AGI 6, LUK 6 (All except STR were boosted with implants, I didn't get the last 2 superior implants)
- Skills: Banter 80, Energy Weapons 54, Explosives 62, Guns 65, Lockpick 57, Medicine 70, Melee Weapons 30, Repair 70, Science 95, Sneak 45, Speech 100, Survival 20, Unarmed 20.
- Wild Wasteland is on.
- Every faction except Powder Gangers either likes me or is neutral.
- Plenty of Stimpack in my inventory.
- Using both Guns & Energy Weapons as well as having a stack of all of them in Novak.
- Good playrun but also doing a few bad stuff like stealing, pickpocket, lockpick, etc.
- The vast majority of the locations on the map already discovered.
Useful Quests Information:
- In Goodsprings: Sided with the town, killed Cobb right in the bar.
- In Prim: Remained independent, the former inmate is now sheriff.
- In Nipton: Killed Vulpe Inculta and his fellow legionaries.
- In Novac: Helped the Ghouls get into space and Bonne avenge his wife's death.
- In Boulder City: Killed the Khans that got me killed but the Khans like me.
- In Freeside: Helped the Kings deal with NCR peacefully, got Rex, the King still oves me a favor.
- In New Vegas: Killed Benny and delieved the chip to Mr.House to upgrade his robots.
- In White Glove Society: Helped them get rid of Mortimer and end their cannibalistic ways.
- In Tops: Finished the talent pool mission, including the guy with the Mysterious Magnum.
- In Gomorrah: Killed Nero and Big Sal and helped Cachino escape with his girlfriend.
- In the Brotherhood of Steel: Helped McNamara see the error of his ways and he's no longer on lockdown.
- In Jacobstown: Helped find a cure for the Nightkin and now they are all good, no war with NRC.
- In Boomers: Finished all their quests and they like me, all I need is pick a side and they will help me.
- In Camp Golf: Helped the Misfits become a good squad and the NCR Ranger boss killed himself, I got his gun.
- In Black Mountain: Saved Raul but blew it all up although the super mutants there aren't dead or hostile to me.
- In Helios: Restored power to the plant but I forgot where I redistributed it, probably Vegas.
- Finished a lot of Van Graffs quests but at the end of it I helped Rose of Sharon Cassidy take them down.
- Helped NCR locate and get rid of the Caesar Legion's spy within their ranks without blowing up the train.
- Helped the Great Khans with their drug deals but haven't got any quests from Papa Khan or any of his advisors.
- Helped the Followers of the Apocalypse and got that punk kid from the Great Khans to join them.
- Completed the Legend of the Star and got that lame reward, Pew Pew.
- Quarry Junction and The Thorn have been completed.
- Didn't visit Caesar yet, but I have his mark and neutral relations with the Legion.
- Didn't do any quests for Mr.House after I have him his chip that upgrades his robots.
- Didn't do any quests for the NCR and I didn't do any quests for Yes Man.
- Didn't even visit any of the 4 DLC locations.
- Found all snow globes from the main game.
There is more, but these are the main ones that I can think of. I did a generally good character playrun. With this save game, you are free to try any DLC from scratch and pick any route you want in the main storyline while already having a powerful level 30 character with lots of weapons and all 8 companions.
