Introduction
New Vegas is great. New Vegas' locations are great. In my mind's eye I can instantly conjure up a mental image of just about every nook and cranny of the Mojave and have fond memories of all the different capacities for roleplaying they lend to the game. However, it goes without saying that NV's short development cycle coupled with the need to release in a playable state on consoles of the era contributed to a lack of overall polish when it comes to many - maybe most - interior and exterior locations.

If you've spent any amount of time in NV you've probably come across many such instances of these issues; decals floating away from walls and floors , levitating items and furniture, lights without sources, inhabitants with poor navigational skills (bad Navmesh), repetitive use of tilesets, generally empty locations... need I go on?

Goals
My goal with this release is to fix all of the aforementioned issues present in NCR Faction Locations while also hoisting the design and atmosphere of each location to a level which is comparable to modern standards.
Great care has gone into reforging each location into a more believable, more immersive version of itself while abiding by the lore set forth in the original release.

TL;DR? Handcrafted recluttering and visual bugfixing of every NCR Faction Location in the game.

What isn't included in this release?
In short, locations previously belonging to the NCR or locations that aren't under direct control of the NCR. Meaning:
Boulder City (this will be addressed in a sweeping location overhaul later)
Camp Guardian (change of management...)
NCR Correctional Facility (change of management)
Ranger Andy's Bungalow (personal residence)

This mod is a Work In Progress. As such, there are many assets currently going unused in the mod. The vast majority of these will be implemented as I have the time to work on this mod.
