DESCRIPTION:
Doc Mitchell originally being a resident of Vault 21, you can ask Sarah Weintraub or Michael Angelo about him, you will then learn that they used to give him a nickname, "Mole-butt". The mod rename Doc Mitchell to Mole-butt and Doc Mitchell's House to Mole-butt's House.
