I used the mod (Stimpaks Restore Limbs in Hardcore Mode) so i can heal crippled limbs in HC mode, but only the version that is online on the nexus also makes stimpacks instaheal, and i like the overtime healing HC mode provides,.
This is the sole reason i changed the value's in FNVedit so the stimpack can heal limbs and has it overtime effect
KNOWN ISSUE'S/BUGS
You can't target a specific limb with a stimpack. i try to some research how to fix that, if anyone knows, let me know
INSTALL/UNINSTALL
Drop "JokerineStimpakLimbsHC (Overtime).esp" in the data folder
Load at Bottom of the load order to avoid issue's with the limb healing
