Places a new super cool apartment in Freeside! Complete with hot-plate and pullout bed!

Overview:
This mod adds a brand new apartment in Freeside! Located in that alley with the body between the dumpsters (you know the one) (Location in Images as well). Comes with a Pullout bed, A couple containers for your stuff and a hot plate to cook with, a (non-functional) kitchen, a (non-functional) bathroom and a (functional) bedroom! There is also a small 'dungeon' to traverse to get to the apartment! (I say 'dungeon' because there are no enemies, think of it more as worldbuilding than anything)
Bugs:
Probably some, if you find some do tell me, and I will try to fix em
Incompatibilities:
* Any form of any type of open Freeside
Knowing how often Freeside is used for mods, I'm sure there's like 40 Billion other incompatibilities. If you find any others, let me know!
