Overview
Jenkem is a drug made from putting human feces in a bottle, sitting it out in the sun to cook it, and inhaling the fumes it produces. Apparently this practice started in Africa by Zambian children. There are no confirmed cases of people doing it in the states.
Here is what this mod offers:

All you need for this one is an empty bottle, these can be found all over or bought by Dixon.
Increases Dehydration +100
Reduce Intelligence -3
Reduce Agility -3
Damage Health -10 for 3 seconds
Increased DR +30
Increased DT +25
Increased Sleep Deprivation +100
Irradiated Jenkem
Some of the wastelanders have decided to start putting toxic waste into the bottle instead of regular feces to get a stronger high. All the courier has to do is irradiate an existing bottle of Jenkem.
Reduced Agility -4
Increased Dehydration +200
Damage health 20 for 3 seconds
Reduced Intelligence -5
Increased Sleep Deprivation +200
Increased DR +55
Increased DT + 35
Irradiated Jenkem/Regular Jenkem (Poison)
Same effects as their counterparts but without the positives.
To find some, you can always purchase from Dixon in Freeside, there is some Irradiated Jenkem near that Powder Ganger camp with all the toxic sludge. There is a bag in Nipton with some in it and some caps. In Freeside there is a bottle near the East Gate where Rotface sits.
Don't use Jenkem, it's gross and can cause hypoxia.
