I currently use it with Nevada Skies. I don't know how it will behave with other lighting mods. https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/35998/
I strongly recommend that you use iMultiSample = 8 to use with my ReShader. If your pc can't handle it. decrease Finesharp's strength or disable it as a last resort. otherwise you will get pixelated images
note: i use an old monitor and no HDR with ugly and weird images, so i decided to create this shader which solved my problems.
the applied coloring prioritizes shades of gray with vibrant red
If the sparkling red bothers you, just lower the Bloom levels or disable it
Note: I advise using the monitor or its color panel with medium or cold temperature. to get the same desired results
