Adds crafting benches and additional storage to player home alcove

Purpose
This patch adds a few extra amenities to an alcove in the Understone Enhanced mod by theofficialroxx, fitting it out a little more completely for use as a player home base.
Location
The modified alcove is the one furthest away along the ledge leading from the entrance corridor. (See pictures for exact location).

The patch makes the following changes to the alcove:
Requirements
Understone Enhanced by theofficialroxx, PinballJoe, and Saxxon91, is required. You will almost certainly need DUST as well, along with its requirements.
Compatibility
This mod probably won't be compatible with any mod that changes the same area of the cave, such as the original Understone or Understone Plus.
Recommended
The following mods are not required, but are highly recommended for a stable playthrough.
For a dependable water supply, use Water Overhaul to refill empty bottles from the water valve added just outside the alcove.

The patch makes the following changes to the alcove:
- Refrigerator changed to safe storage (non-respawning)
- Crates at end of bed replaced with Weapons Locker and Armor Locker safe storage
- Working sink added with First Aid Kit safe storage above
- Cookstove changed to work like a Campfire crafting station
- Reloading Bench added on top on bookshelf (looks like an Ammo Box)
- Workbench added on top of bookshelf (looks like a Tool Box)
- Valve added outside alcove that delivers Purified Water
