What does this mod do?
Well, simple my friend. It allows us to craft Primer and Powder, both of those things are integral ingredients to be used for ammo crafting.
Utilise the Hand Loader perk to the MAX using this mod.

Description
Adds a bunch of crafting recipe to be used in reloading bench. Utilise many junk items that are usually deemed useless. No more Hand Loader perk being handicapped by insufficient material, be a menace to the wasteland and blast innocent people up (or evil people if you're inclined to do so).
Recipe for the primer, is shown below :
And for the powders :
There you have it folks.
This mod should be compatible with anything, as is doesn't edit/change anything else unless stated. Should any problem arise hit me up or post in the forum and ill try to fix it. Any input and suggestion are most welcome.
Installation
Drop it in 'Data' folder inside FNV folder and activate the .esp or just use mod manager for convenience.
Uninstallation
Installation but in reverse.

- 1x Scrap Metal, 1x Tin Can -> Primer, Small Pistol (25)
- 1x Scrap Metal, 2x Tin Can -> Primer, Large Pistol (25)
- 1x Scrap Metal, 2x Tin Can -> Primer, Small Rifle (25)
- 1x Scrap Metal, 3x Tin Can -> Primer, Large Rifle (25)
- 1x Scrap Metal, 2x Tin Can -> Primer, Shotshell (25)
- 1x Scrap Metal, 4x Tin Can -> Primer, .50 MG (25)
And for the powders :
- 2x Cherry Bomb, 1x Abraxo Cleaner, 1x Pack of Cigarettes -> Powder, Pistol (100)
- 2x Cherry Bomb, 1x Abraxo Cleaner, 2x Pack of Cigarettes -> Powder, Rifle (100)
