   really loved the mod man, will probably become a staple in my load orders now. but could you do a version of their armor that isn't combat armor? looks odd that the NCR would have their penal troops wear better armor than their actual troopers

   Nice mod, only thing i can think of is that i think their commandant and wardens should probably be using shotguns, hunting shotgun early game and riot later on, since they're essentially field cops, and it's a bit of a cliche to have prison guards use them when supervising a large number of inmates.

   Honestly I enjoy your NCR special forces mod not sure they should be called marines but it shows that the NCR has a Growing Domestic Army

    SUPER UNDERRATED and this is real hidden gem MOD! I TEND TO IMAGINE NCRCF = NCR civilian forces {MILITIA}
