This patch just exchanges a bunch of the specific weapons and armors that NPCs and containers in TLD reference for more generalized leveled lists, and substantially reduces the total stock of the Gun Runner merchant.

Overview:
This patch just exchanges a bunch of the specific weapons and armors that NPCs and containers in TLD reference for more generalized leveled lists, and substantially reduces the total stock of the Gun Runner merchant.
Previously, the Gun Runner merchant had like, 3 counts of entire tiers of weapons, including and superseding the 188 merchant entirely. Now he has a substantially reduced stock, which is more contingent on the weapons they may have purchased during their patrols.
Requirements:
JIP LN, xNVSE, Johnny, ShowOff, the usual stuff.
