Bruh, yes! I have been looking for just this kind of this for a year.
EDIT: Okay after testing it and using it for the past few months. The only criticism I have with it is the Wasteland Sheriffs outfit breaks WAY to easily. I fixed to 100%, got attacked by a Legion hit squad 10 seconds after, by the time It was done it was fully broken at 0% again... It is such a good outfit but I find myself letting it break then just keeping it on because there is no point in fixing it. After like 20 bullets it is broken again.
Actually, I do have one minor nitpick in regards to this mod. That's going to be about the "Casual Commander" getting integrated into the standard NCR Battle Dress level lists, imo it doesn't make a whole lot of sense for your standard NCR infantryman to be wearing a getup that looks more like a off-duty fatigue while on duty and occasionally in an active combat zone. Though it's fixable on the users end with some minor tweaks.
Updated for leveled list integration (as well as mesh fixes, such as the Desert Wanderer's jacket having no inside). It's not compatible with the previous version, however.
Which ones? I might be able to fix them. The coat I know doesn't have an inside/lining, but that's actually a vanilla thing- the Boomer's outfit I grabbed it from is the same way. Otherwise, I'll do what I can!
Yeah, it really annoyed me when I first noticed that in Blender. I think it's hidden enough that I'm still proud of it, but it was a little disappointing. Good to hear you didn't encounter anything else with it, though!
