Adds a communist/syndicalist folk music radio station to the game

Adds a new radio station called Combined Syndicates of America Radio (named after the fictional syndicate association from Kaiserreich). It plays 35 tracks of communist and syndicalist folk/country music, mostly by people like Pete Seeger, Joe Glazer, etc. I chose the tracks specifically to have a simialr style to the music you'd hear in Mojave Music radio, so it should fit right in into the atmosphere of the game.
Update 1.7:
Added 10 more songs, bringing the total number of songs up to 35
Update 1.5:
Added 10 more songs, bringing the total number of songs up to 25
Installation:
1. Extract and drop the "Data" folder into your New Vegas install folder. (If updating from previous version, overwrite the old files)
2. Enable "commieradio.esp" in your data files.
Uninstallation:
1. Delete "commieradio.esp" from your Data folder.
2. Delete the folder "commieradio" which should be inside /Data/Sound/songs/
This is my first time creating a .esp file with GECK so I'd appreciate if y'all told me if anything doesn't work like it should.
