This restores the unobtainable Remnants Tesla Armor at the Crashed Vertibird site south-west of searchlight in a lore friendly way that references the Fallout 2 encounter.
To balance it out with the base game, you need to pass a high-skill check to obtain the armor.

This restores the otherwise unobtainable Remnants Tesla Armor at the Crashed Vertibird site south-west of searchlight in a lore friendly way that references the same Fallout 2 encounter.
The Tesla power armor lies inside a rusted enclave crate, electronically sealed and only unlockable with the right keycard. Although what condition it could be in is hard to say as its carrier has crashed and lays rusted for decades.
The cut vertibird pilot is also restored, this time wearing an unobtainable Remnants power armor. Some backstory is also included to tie the crashed vertibird with an existing NPC and another Fallout game.
To balance it out with the base game, you need to pass a high-skill check to obtain the key for the armor, and it is also in very low but otherwise usable condition.
