A 5mm Silenced marksmans rifle. I felt the 5mm round had to few weapon associated with it. I also felt that tale of two wasteland did not have small caliber marksmans rifle.

I call the gun "Stalker" since is pritty much describes it's role. It is a unique rifle, without any weapon mods. Weapon characteristics:
Silent
Above average range for an rifle, but lower then a sniper
Base damage similar to the assult carbine
Scoped
5mm ammo type
Relative slow fire rate
Semi automatic
It is sold by Knight Captain Durga who can be found at the brotherhood citidal. This gives you a reason to visit the brotherhood quartermaster.
I recommend installing it via the MO2 launcher, since it is what i am using. It seems to work perfectly for me. This is my very first mod for any betheda game so i apologize in advance it causes any problems for you.
It will Only work for TTW, since it uses assets from both FO3 the pitt and New vegas. Fell free to change, incorporate into a mod pack or othervice tinker with mod, feel free to do so.
