Made this mod for myself because I still wanted Ron Pearlman saying "War never changes", but didn't want the needless exposition dump that followed.
In regards to what I cut out, the game's main questline railroads the player through all of those things anyway (NCR, Legion, Mr. House, Hoover Dam, etc.), so it's completely superfluous to dump all of it onto the player at the very beginning, not to mention that it takes away the mystique/discovery of the Mojave and its factions.
