The perk Spirit of Fire would do nothing if you managed to get it. This fixes that issue by changing the actor ability (PBrazilSpiritOfFireEffect "Spirit of Fire Effect" [SPEL:0xAB6B23]) from type: actor effect to type: ability.
This doesn't mean it works as the author intended but it does mean it does what the text says it does. I am not sure if the perk is meant to be a constant effect or only work if the conditions remain met. (With my edit if your character becomes not evil after taking the perk it keeps working.)
