Replaces the persuasion dialogue for Ghost Town Gunfight to be less about the "bullets and explosions" and more about the actual people of Goodsprings.

Specifically, it replaces the line "You should help me take down the Powder Gang. Bullets, explosions, lots of fun." with "You should help me take down the Powder Gang. The people of Goodsprings shouldn't live in fear."
This, to me, makes the Courier sound like they care more about the civilians of the town than the chaos of the battle.
